If the necklace you received does not suit you, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to submit your return request.
Returns are free for any request for an exchange or store credit.
If you request a refund, a $6.50 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are processed within 10 days at most after the return is received and inspected, directly to the payment method used for your order.
