Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared in premium packaging: an elegant box, a cotton pouch, two stickers, and a cleaning cloth to care for your jewelry. If you order multiple necklaces, each piece will be placed individually in a pouch. By default, all pouches are grouped together in a single box.

If you would like to receive a box for each piece of jewelry, it is possible to order them as an extra when making your purchase.

Delivery is handled by Colissimo for France and bpost for Belgium . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you are not home, your package may be left in your mailbox or at a collection point.

The estimated delivery time is between 6 and 12 working days .

Returns

If the necklace you received is not suitable, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return by email.

Returns are free in the case of exchange or request for a voucher.

In the event of a refund, a return fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of your return , directly to the payment method used when placing the order.

⚠️ Attention: personalized necklaces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
