Shipping

Each order is carefully prepared in premium packaging: an elegant box, a cotton pouch, two stickers, and a cleaning cloth to care for your jewelry. If you order several necklaces, each piece will be placed separately in its own pouch. By default, all pouches are grouped together in a single box.

If you would like to receive one box for each piece of jewelry, you can add extra boxes to your order at checkout.

Shipping is handled by Colissimo in France and bpost in Belgium. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are not at home, your parcel may be left in your mailbox or at a pickup point.

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.

Returns

If the necklace you received does not suit you, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return by email.

Returns are free in the case of an exchange or a store credit request.

In the case of a refund, a return fee of $6.35 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund is issued within a maximum of 10 days after we receive your return, directly to the payment method used when placing the order.
