Return Policy

Summary

If the product you received does not suit you and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from the day you receive the parcel to contact our customer service by email at: hello@laboutiqueducollier.com.

Please include in your email your order number as well as the product you wish to return.

Returns are free for any exchange request or store credit request. In the case of a refund, return shipping costs of €5.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We do not accept returns for personalized products.

We issue refunds within a maximum of 10 days after receiving your return, directly to the payment method used when placing the order.

Returns

Items supplied by https://laboutiqueducollier.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those sold in traditional retail shops and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Defective items

The customer must send back items that are new or unused in full and in their original, intact packaging, together with any accessories, instructions, and documentation (in its original cellophane wrapping, required, and with the corresponding invoice).

In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to hello@laboutiqueducollier.com (description and attached photos/videos).

To make a return, you must also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will tell you what steps to follow once your request has been accepted under our terms.

Exceptions

Some items will be neither returned nor exchanged:

  • Personalized necklaces
  • Necklaces given free as part of promotions

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card issuer; some time may be required.
  • Contact your bank; there is often a processing time.

Exchanges

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@laboutiqueducollier.com.

Shipping

In the case of a refund, return shipping costs of €5.90 will be deducted from it.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product can vary.

Right of withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, La Boutique du Collier is required to refund the sums paid by the customer, at no charge, except for return shipping costs of €5.90. The refund is made within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the returned parcel(s). If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the first following business day.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

  • Opened goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons
  • Goods that cannot be separated from other items
  • Damaged or incomplete goods through no fault of ours
